1. Agreement Acceptance
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. This agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until termination by either party.
2. Affiliate Relationship
2.1 You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or representative of Lunar Eclipse Candles. You have no authority to create or accept any offers or obligations on behalf of Lunar Eclipse Candles
2.2 You will promote Lunar Eclipse Candles through affiliate links, banners, or other approved promotional methods.
3. Commission and Payments
3.1 You will receive a commission for each qualified referral or sale as outlined in the affiliate agreement.
3.2 Payments will be made according to the payment schedule specified in the affiliate agreement, subject to meeting minimum payment thresholds and other applicable terms.
4. Promotion Guidelines
4.1 You agree to promote Lunar Eclipse Candles in a lawful and ethical manner, adhering to all relevant advertising regulations and guidelines.
4.2 You may not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Lunar Eclipse Candles grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials and trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting Lunar Eclipse Candles.
5.2 You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute Lunar Eclipse Candle’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the affiliate relationship.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party.
7.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease using any promotional materials and remove all affiliate links.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Lunar Eclipse Candles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to this agreement.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.
10. Amendments
10.1 Lunar Eclipse Candles reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
